Surgical Technologist - Iowa (Job ID OOJ - 9063)

Winneshiek Medical Center (dba WinnMed) is seeking a full-time contract for a Surgical Technologist for 13 weeks minimum. Location is in Decorah, Iowa.

Surgical Technologists must be experienced in:

• General Surgery


• Orthopedics


• ENT


• OBGYN


• Podiatry


• Urology


• Dental

Job Requirements:

• State of Iowa Mandatory reporter training


• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program


• Surgical Technologist Certification preferred


• Must stay within 30 minutes of WinnMed when on-call


• American Heart Association BLS required

Schedule:

• Position is primarily 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 3:30 pm. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on surgery case load (as early as 6:00am).


• Position includes on-call rotation, approximately 1 night per every 2 week pay period, and every 5th to 6th weekend.


• Holiday Call rotation included.
