• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist with patient assessments and report changes in condition to the healthcare team
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and basic medical procedures
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in EMR systems
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
• Educate patients and families on basic healthcare needs and treatment plans
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care
• Respond promptly to patient needs, call lights, and emergencies
• Support patient comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being
