Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Equipment - Currently, we have Accuray equipment; one Tomotherapy machine and one Radixact.  We are in the process of replacing our Tomotherapy machine with a Varian Linac, which will be operational in September 2026.  We currently use Mosaic and again, transitioning to Aria in September 2026

• Patient/Caseload Info. (Patient per day/hour, call volume, procedure volume) – Daily Estimate of 18 to 24 patients. No call required.

• Staff Info. (Support staff info.) – Physicist (2), Dosimetrist (2), Radiation Therapists (4), Radiation Oncology APP (1), Nurse (1), Patient Access (1)

**Provider Requirements:**

• Board Certified – Yes, required to be board certified in radiation oncology.

• Required Procedures/Skills (Need details):

• Licensure requirement – North Dakota license. Will consider IMLC if the provider has an easily transferrable DEA.

**Rates: $500/hr. Must be able to provide 2 weeks of coverage per month consistently. Open to negotiation**

**Expenses:**

Flight cap - $1,200 round trip

Rental car – Use Avis: Daily max $55, standard car up to $300/week

Housing – Use preferred hotels: Springhill Suites, Staybridge, Hampton Inn, La Quinta
