Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating)
• Provide wound care and basic treatments
• Record patient information and report changes to RN/doctor
• Support patient comfort and safety
• Communicate with patients and families
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines
