Travel CNA – Medicine Wheel Village – Eagle Butte, SD

Medicine Wheel Village is seeking a Travel CNA to join their Long-Term Care team in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. This is a 13-week travel assignment with night shifts and facility-provided housing available.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Eagle Butte, SD

• Facility: Medicine Wheel Village

• Setting: Long-Term Care / Assisted Living

• Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)

• Shift: Nights

• Shift Length: 8 Hours

• Hours: 40 Hours per Week

• Housing: Facility-provided housing available

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Assist residents with mobility, hygiene, and meals

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

• Support nursing staff with routine care tasks

• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Active CNA Certification

• LTC or Assisted Living experience preferred

• Ability to work night shifts

• Reliable and professional work ethic
