Job Description

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

• Observe patients’ conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.

• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Assist with wound care, catheter care, and basic medical procedures.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.

• Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
