Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Sterile Processing Supervisor, the Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing medical instruments and equipment. This role supports safe patient care by ensuring all instruments are properly processed and delivered to the operating room in a timely manner.

Requirements

• BLS Certification: Required within 3 months of hire
• Certification: CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing Department Technician) encouraged within 18 months of hire
• Ability to work overnight shifts and function in a fast-paced environment
