Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

• Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and responses to treatment

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed (PO/IM/SQ/IV per scope)

• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and basic medical procedures

• Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities

• Collect specimens and assist with diagnostic tests

• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems

• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health management

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality care

• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control standards
