Job Overview:
The Nurse Assessor will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, primarily in a home care setting.
This role is ideal for a licensed RN with at least 2 years of hands-on home care experience, capable of conducting comprehensive patient assessments, preferably with UAS-NY experience and geriatric care knowledge.
