Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the care plan and physician’s orders.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

• Observe and document changes in residents’ health conditions, reporting critical findings promptly.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff to develop and implement care plans.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in the EMR system.

• Ensure infection prevention and control protocols are followed consistently.

• Provide education and emotional support to residents and families regarding care and recovery.

• Participate in shift reports, interdisciplinary meetings, and performance improvement activities.

• Uphold the standards of professional nursing practice and facility policies at all times.
