Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – NPE
 Facility: Woodmont Center – Genesis Healthcare
 Location: Fredericksburg, VA 22405

 Assignment Dates: October 16, 2025 – November 29, 2025
 Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-min break)
 Contract: 40 hours per week
 Requirements: PCC Trained | On-Call Rotation REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing education and competency-based training to nursing staff.

• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.

• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to the care team.

• Monitor compliance with nursing standards, policies, and infection control practices.

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify educational needs and implement training plans.

• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
