LPN - Long Term Care (Job ID OOJ - 5434)

 Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.

Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.

Duties:  include medication administration, skin treatments, assessments, ADL assistance, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, gastrostomy tube care.

Shift: Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights 2300 – 0730. including weekends, holidays, OT rotation may be required. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.
