Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations within a nursing home unit. The RN Unit Manager will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring high standards of clinical care, staff leadership, and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned unit.
• Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve concerns or complaints related to staff performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
