Job Summary
A Permanent position (Day shift) is currently open for a qualified Mammography Technologist in Craig, CO. Essential responsibilities include: position patients carefully and compress breast tissue gently to obtain high-quality diagnostic mammograms, adhere strictly to MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) regulations and quality assurance checks, and explain procedures with empathy to relieve patient apprehension and answer examination questions, as well as coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary medical staff. Requirements include active professional licensure, applicable healthcare experience, and adherence to patient privacy and safety standards.
