Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are currently hiring a qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for an immediate Permanent opening (Day shift) in Sitka, AK. In this position, the professional will provide clinical psychosocial assessments, crisis counseling, resource coordination, and complex discharge planning for patients and families. Primary responsibilities include: conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health, social support, and financial needs, provide supportive crisis intervention and therapeutic counseling to patients facing acute illness, and coordinate community resources, home care services, long-term placement, and healthcare advocacy. Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
