Job Summary
We are currently hiring a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) for an immediate Contract opening (Day (7a-7p) shift) in Sweetwater, TX. In this position, the professional will deliver compassionate, comprehensive acute care for adult and pediatric patients on a combined Medical-Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:4-6. Primary responsibilities include: conduct comprehensive physical assessments and formulate patient-centered nursing care plans, safely administer prescribed medications, IV infusions, and wound care treatments, and monitor patient recovery milestones and respond effectively to changes in clinical condition. Candidates must possess an active state license, current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
