Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are currently hiring a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for an immediate Contract opening (Day (5x8) shift) in Lodi, CA. In this position, the professional will evaluate and treat patients with cognitive, physical, or sensory limitations to rebuild functional independence in activities of daily living (ADLs). Primary responsibilities include: evaluate patient capabilities in self-care, fine motor coordination, and daily task performance, formulate personalized therapy plans integrating adaptive techniques and therapeutic activities, and recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and ergonomic adjustments. Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
