Job Summary
A Contract position (Day (5x8) shift) is currently open for a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Emporia, VA. Essential responsibilities include: conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments of resident mobility, transfers, and gait, implement tailored physical therapy programs to maximize resident independence and safe ambulation, and collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff on restorative care, as well as coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary medical staff.
