Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist for a Contract position (Day (5x8) shift) located in Alturas, CA. The selected candidate will provide expert pharmacotherapy management, medication review, dosing verification, and clinical consultations to ensure safe medication use. Daily clinical duties include: review and verify physician medication orders for appropriate drug selection, dosage, and interactions, perform clinical pharmacokinetic monitoring and adjust therapeutic medication regimens, and provide clinical consultation and drug information to physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
