Phlebotomist

We are currently hiring a qualified Phlebotomist for an immediate Contract opening (Evening shift) in Machias, ME. In this position, the professional will perform safe and accurate blood sample collections (venipuncture and capillary draws) from patients across diverse clinical settings. Primary responsibilities include: perform safe, accurate venipunctures and capillary collections on pediatric and adult patients, verify patient identification and properly label specimen collection tubes at the point of care, and package and transport collected specimens promptly to the clinical laboratory. Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
