Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a Contract position (Day (5x8) shift) located in Albany, OR. The selected candidate will provide clinical psychosocial assessments, crisis counseling, resource coordination, and complex discharge planning for patients and families. Daily clinical duties include: conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health, social support, and financial needs, provide supportive crisis intervention and therapeutic counseling to patients facing acute illness, and coordinate community resources, home care services, long-term placement, and healthcare advocacy. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
