Physical Therapist (PT)

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a Contract position (Day shift) located in Waltham, MA. The selected candidate will deliver geriatric physical therapy evaluations and restorative rehabilitation for short-term rehab and long-term care residents in skilled nursing facilities. Daily clinical duties include: conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments of resident mobility, transfers, and gait, implement tailored physical therapy programs to maximize resident independence and safe ambulation, and collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff on restorative care. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
