Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Contract position (Rotating shift) located in Watsonville, CA. The selected candidate will carry out occupational therapy treatment plans and engaging therapeutic activities under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Daily clinical duties include: assist patients in practicing daily living skills, cognitive exercises, and upper-extremity activities, instruct patients in using adaptive equipment such as dressing aids, utensils, and transfer boards, and document daily therapy notes, progress towards functional milestones, and resident feedback. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
