Job Summary
A Contract position (Day (8A-4:30P) shift) is currently open for a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Hayward, CA. Essential responsibilities include: conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments of patient strength, range of motion, and functional gait, design and execute individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to patient recovery goals, and deliver hands-on therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education, as well as coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary medical staff. Requirements include active professional licensure, applicable healthcare experience, and adherence to patient privacy and safety standards.
