Occupational Therapist (OT)

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Contract position (Day (8A-4:30P) shift) located in Rutland, VT. The selected candidate will provide restorative occupational therapy for skilled nursing residents to promote independence in self-care, dining, hygiene, and cognitive tasks. Daily clinical duties include: assess resident functional limitations in activities of daily living (ADLs) and cognitive-motor skills, implement individualized therapy sessions targeting bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfers, and recommend wheelchair seating positioning, bed mobility adaptations, and assistive feeding tools. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
