Job Summary
A Contract position (Day (8A-4:30P) shift) is currently open for a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Puyallup, WA. Essential responsibilities include: evaluate patient capabilities in self-care, fine motor coordination, and daily task performance, formulate personalized therapy plans integrating adaptive techniques and therapeutic activities, and recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and ergonomic adjustments, as well as coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary medical staff. Requirements include active professional licensure, applicable healthcare experience, and adherence to patient privacy and safety standards.
