We really need a weekend nurse that would work every weekend 6am-10pm
LTC LPN/RN candidates must have 2 years of recent LTC experience. Must have BCLS and an Active Compact or IA LPN/RN license.

- 2+ Years’ Experience
- IA DHHS Background
- BCLS
- National/State/County Background
- 10 Panel Drug Screen
- 2 Step TB, Hep B, MMRs, Tdap, Varicella
