Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients – manage psychiatric / medical emergency, complete nursing assessment’s for new admissions
- Perform computer data entry – Receive full training
- Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, BSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
Requested Schedule
- Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs. Every other weekend off. Able to start any day during the week (M-F), given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements.
- Minimum of 2-3 weeks of on unit mentorship with a seasoned RN 6-Month term of commitment
