RN Home Health Hospice

Job Summary

• Home Hospice
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance required
• Start ASAP for 13 weeks
• M-F, days
• May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address
• Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.
• Hospice experience required
• HomeCare HomeBase experience required
• Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.
• 2 weeks cancellation
• Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator
