Job Summary
A Permanent position (Day (Full-Time) shift) is currently open for a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Penn Yan, NY. Essential responsibilities include: administer scheduled oral, topical, and injectable medications accurately and on time, perform dressing changes, treatments, and routine monitoring of resident vital signs, and observe resident physical and behavioral changes and report findings to the supervising RN or physician, as well as coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary medical staff. Requirements include active professional licensure, applicable healthcare experience, and adherence to patient privacy and safety standards.
