Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are currently hiring a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an immediate Permanent opening (Rotating (Day/Night) shift) in Penn Yan, NY. In this position, the professional will provide dedicated practical nursing care, routine treatments, and medication administration for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Primary responsibilities include: administer scheduled oral, topical, and injectable medications accurately and on time, perform dressing changes, treatments, and routine monitoring of resident vital signs, and observe resident physical and behavioral changes and report findings to the supervising RN or physician. Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
