Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help patients with eating, drinking, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and oxygen levels.
• Assist with transferring and repositioning patients.
• Answer patient calls and respond to their needs.
• Report changes in the patient's condition to the RN or LVN.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Assist with toileting and other activities of daily living.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
