Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) for a Contract position (Day (5x8) shift) located in Bakersfield, CA. The selected candidate will assess nutritional status, formulate medical nutrition therapy plans, and provide dietary counseling for acute and chronic conditions. Daily clinical duties include: perform comprehensive clinical nutrition assessments and calculate nutritional requirements, develop personalized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) regimens and enteral/parenteral feeding plans, and educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic diets, disease management, and healthy nutrition. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
