Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) for a Contract position (Day (5x8) shift) located in San Luis Obispo, CA. The selected candidate will coordinate intraoperative surgical care as a circulating or scrub nurse to maintain strict aseptic technique and patient safety during surgical procedures. Daily clinical duties include: prepare and organize operating rooms, verifying surgical counts, instruments, and sterile supplies, monitor sterile fields and maintain aseptic technique throughout surgical interventions, and advocate for patient safety during preoperative, intraoperative, and immediate post-op phases. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
