Job Summary
A Contract position (Night (4x12) shift) is currently open for a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care / SNF in Freeport, ME. Essential responsibilities include: oversee daily clinical care plans, health assessments, and medication administrations, supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff to ensure adherence to high standards of resident care, and monitor chronic conditions, skin integrity, and changes in resident cognitive or physical status, as well as coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary medical staff. Requirements include active professional licensure, applicable healthcare experience, and adherence to patient privacy and safety standards.
