Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care / SNF for a Contract position (Night (3x12) shift) located in Saco, ME. The selected candidate will coordinate and deliver skilled nursing care for residents in long-term care and skilled rehabilitation environments. Daily clinical duties include: oversee daily clinical care plans, health assessments, and medication administrations, supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff to ensure adherence to high standards of resident care, and monitor chronic conditions, skin integrity, and changes in resident cognitive or physical status. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
