Job Summary
We are currently hiring a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for an immediate Contract opening (Day (3x12) shift) in Honesdale, PA. In this position, the professional will deliver immediate post-operative nursing care to monitor and stabilize patients recovering from general, regional, or local anesthesia. Primary responsibilities include: monitor post-surgical vital signs, airway patency, neurological status, and surgical sites, manage acute post-operative pain, nausea, and emergence from anesthesia protocols, and assess readiness for discharge or transfer to inpatient care units using standardized clinical criteria. Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
