Job Summary
We are currently hiring a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care / SNF for an immediate Contract opening (Night (5x8) shift) in Saco, ME. In this position, the professional will coordinate and deliver skilled nursing care for residents in long-term care and skilled rehabilitation environments. Primary responsibilities include: oversee daily clinical care plans, health assessments, and medication administrations, supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff to ensure adherence to high standards of resident care, and monitor chronic conditions, skin integrity, and changes in resident cognitive or physical status. Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
