Job Summary
A Contract position (Day (5x8) shift) is currently open for a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice & Palliative Care in Falls Church, VA. Essential responsibilities include: deliver skilled palliative nursing interventions to optimize patient comfort and dignity, manage complex pain and symptom regimens in collaboration with hospice physicians, and provide emotional, spiritual, and bereavement support for patients and their loved ones, as well as coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary medical staff. Requirements include active professional licensure, applicable healthcare experience, and adherence to patient privacy and safety standards.
