Job Summary
We are currently hiring a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - Psychiatry & Behavioral Health for an immediate Contract opening (Night (7p-7a) shift) in Lawton, OK. In this position, the professional will provide compassionate psychiatric nursing care, mental health assessments, crisis stabilization, and therapeutic support in behavioral health settings. Primary responsibilities include: conduct psychiatric nursing assessments, mental status exams, and safety risk evaluations, administer psychotropic medications, monitor therapeutic levels, and observe for side effects, and facilitate psychoeducational groups and implement de-escalation and therapeutic communication strategies. Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
