Immediate opening available for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care / SNF supporting a Contract assignment (Day (4x10) shift) in New Lisbon, WI. Key responsibilities involve: oversee daily clinical care plans, health assessments, and medication administrations, supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff to ensure adherence to high standards of resident care, and monitor chronic conditions, skin integrity, and changes in resident cognitive or physical status, ensuring high standards of clinical safety and care delivery.
