Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice & Palliative Care for a Contract position (Day (3x12) shift) located in Grand Junction, CO. The selected candidate will provide compassionate end-of-life and palliative nursing care focused on pain relief, symptom management, and holistic comfort for patients and families. Daily clinical duties include: deliver skilled palliative nursing interventions to optimize patient comfort and dignity, manage complex pain and symptom regimens in collaboration with hospice physicians, and provide emotional, spiritual, and bereavement support for patients and their loved ones. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
