Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) for a Contract position (Night (3x12) shift) located in Fort Defiance, AZ. The selected candidate will deliver compassionate, comprehensive acute care for adult patients recovering from surgery or managing acute and chronic medical conditions. Daily clinical duties include: conduct comprehensive physical assessments and formulate patient-centered nursing care plans, safely administer prescribed medications, IV infusions, and wound care treatments, and monitor patient recovery milestones and respond effectively to changes in clinical condition. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
