Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry / Stepdown (PCU) for a Contract position (Day (3x12) shift) located in Hilo, HI. The selected candidate will provide intermediate acute care and continuous cardiac rhythm monitoring for patients requiring stepped-down or specialized telemetry observation. Daily clinical duties include: monitor and interpret continuous cardiac rhythm strips, recognizing dysrhythmias promptly, administer cardiac medications, titrate IV drips, and perform regular neurological/cardiovascular checks, and collaborate with cardiology and medical teams to manage progressive patient care plans. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
