Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for a Contract position (Day (9am - 5:30pm) shift) located in Lancaster, OH. The selected candidate will deliver immediate post-operative nursing care to monitor and stabilize patients recovering from general, regional, or local anesthesia. Daily clinical duties include: monitor post-surgical vital signs, airway patency, neurological status, and surgical sites, manage acute post-operative pain, nausea, and emergence from anesthesia protocols, and assess readiness for discharge or transfer to inpatient care units using standardized clinical criteria. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
