Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health for a Contract position (Night shift) located in Le Mars, IA. The selected candidate will deliver individualized home-based skilled nursing care, patient assessments, and chronic disease education for patients in home care settings. Daily clinical duties include: travel to patient residences to perform clinical assessments, wound care, and IV infusions, develop, update, and implement individualized home health care plans under physician direction, and educate patients and caregivers on medication management, fall prevention, and self-care techniques. Qualified applicants must hold appropriate professional certification/licensure and adhere to established healthcare protocols.
