Job Summary
We are currently hiring a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Leadership & Supervision for an immediate Contract opening (Day (7A-3:30P) shift) in Sistersville, WV. In this position, the professional will provide clinical oversight, shift leadership, staff coordination, and quality assurance to support efficient and safe unit operations. Primary responsibilities include: direct daily shift workflows, patient assignments, and bed placement coordination, serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and escalation point for staff nurses and support personnel, and ensure strict adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
