Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool for a Permanent position (Day shift) located in Geneva, NY. The selected candidate will provide adaptable, high-quality nursing support across diverse inpatient acute care units based on daily hospital census and clinical staffing needs. Daily clinical duties include: adapt quickly to varying unit workflows, patient demographics, and clinical documentation protocols, deliver safe, competent nursing care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and specialized units as assigned, and perform thorough patient assessments, medication administration, and interdisciplinary coordination.
