Crest Nursing Home in Butte, Montana, seeks a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term care contract. Provide compassionate care to residents in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver resident-centered nursing care per physician orders, state regulations, and facility standards.

• Administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vital signs, and assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding).​

• Document assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in electronic records.​

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team for optimal resident health.​

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Montana LPN license (or compact state); NCLEX-PN required.

• 1+ years LTC/SNF experience preferred; BLS (AHA) certification mandatory.

• Reliable transportation; ability to commit to 6–13 week contract with possible extension.​

• Pass background check, TB test, and facility orientation.​
