Scheudle: Working three 12-hour night shifts each week. There may be some weeks where the traveler can pick up an additional 12-hour shift, bringing the total to 48 hours. Please also note that there are no guaranteed hours for the first two weeks of the assignment. Overview: This position is responsible for the delivery of resident care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation and documenting direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and the achievement of desired resident outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of resident s age and cultural diversity into the provision of resident care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in resident care. Experience: At least one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current California RN license. Current certification in CPR.
